  Her debut album “The Fame” was released in August 2008 and was a huge success.  It went to number one in more than 3 different countries and also topped the Billboard Tip Electronic Albums chart in the US.  The singles “Just Dance” and “Poker Face”, have become international number-one hits.

   Lady Gaga is inspired by many glam rock type musicians like Freddie Mercury, David Bowie and even Madonna.  She loves fashion which she says is as important as her music.  At this point in time she has sold over 8 million records worldwide.
