Armida Tickets

  The story of Armida is a story of the times of the crusades.  This opera is about a woman named Armida who enchants many of the young crusaders passing through her area.  She goes to the camp of the Crusaders asking for help.  She claimed that her throne had been stolen from her wicked uncle.  But behind it all she secretly wants to bring dissent to the crusaders and also to seduce dear Rinaldo the Crusader who she fell in love with. 

   She later pleads with Rinaldo to stay but his comrades also persuade him that his duty is not with her but to the Crusades.  In the end she is crushed and try’s to decide between love or revenge but she ends up choosing the fiery choice of revenge. 

  In this opera and story Armidas music explains and reflects all the ranges of her emotions with the highest caliber of performers.  While she sings marilously the crusaders are all tenors.  Who also sing very well in their way and they show the differences between them and Armida.  Come see this act that is bound to leave you breathe taken.
