American Idiot Tickets

  With a storyline surrounding an angst filled youth searching for greater meaning in their lives, “American Idiot” makes for a great hit.  Few have done something like this in the past.  Most of the songs in this play come from the band who wrote the smash hit CD American Idiot.  Green Day has become one of the most popular and influential punk bands of our time.  With the thoughts of the band of Green Day and the award winning director Michael Mayer, the play comes to life in a rock filled hit!  If you love punk music or rock music or you just want a taste of something new and different, then this is a must see!

  Although Green Day themselves do not appear in this play it is looking to be a smash hit.  The play does, in fact, have an onstage band that will be playing many of Green Days songs and pass many of their thoughts through to the audience on social reform and many other topics.  Many of the songs being played will be coming from their CD’s “American Idiot” and one of their newer albums “21^st Century Breakdown”.  This will be Green Day’s satirical showing of a generation that is media controlled over pop stars and self indulgence.  No doubt it will make an impact.

  Although this play is not staged for Broadway as of yet, there is much talk of it happening.  There is also much buzz going around about some awards being won very soon.  As the play is still fairly new there have been no awards yet given.
